Today's post is more pictures of David in Seattle and a little doctor appointment update! David is in Seattle for a few more days before the ship is (finally) homeward bound! I have been anxiously counting down the days and being extra lazy to not prompt any type of early labor. It will sure be nice to have him back in San Diego as we approach our due date...just 3 weeks, 4 days(ish) left!!
Madelyn has decided to flip head down so it looks like we can rule out a c-section for now - yay! At this week's doctor's appointment, her heart was beating away and sounded wonderful! It was also a nice surprise to get to have an ultrasound and see her; my midwife wanted to confirm that she was indeed head-down. The best part of the ultrasound was getting to see her adorable lips and her little tongue sticking out for a brief second, so cute! Can't wait to finally meet this little one!!
Enjoy the pictures of David in Seattle! He and I were able to Skype for a bit this afternoon while he hung out at the local Starbucks which also happens to be the very first Starbucks built in the states! The second photo is one he took from the top of the tallest building in Seattle at an Officer's Banquet Wednesday night!
