SWOS in Newport...Done!

David spent three weeks in Newport attending Surface Warface Officer School. He did awesome (which is no surprise) passing each and every test on the first try! He really enjoyed his stay there, they toured a Sam Adam's brewery, sang kareoke, ate lots of yummy food, and played it up at a Dave and Busters. They also took advantage of their location and took a trip up to Boston one weekend. Here are some pics from his time there, enjoy!

Torrey Pines or Bust!

Today David and I decided to head out and hike Torrey Pines, a state park near by. We had a great time hiking...saw a few critters and tons of flowers! It was a beautiful day for a hike, chilly by the water but warmed up in no time once we got going. Date Night!

David and I decided to spend the night before he left for Rhode Island celebrating my upcoming birthday! We got all dolled up and hit the town for some awesome dinner at PF Chang's. Here's a pic from our night out, enjoy!
